The first 232 apartments completed in the Luxuria complex in the Exhibition Area

Impact Developer & Contractor completes the first phase of the Luxuria Domenii Residence project and starts handing over the apartments. Classified in the premium category, the Luxuria residential compound is positioned in the new business hub of the capital, where over 20,000 corporators will work, an aspect that maintains a high degree of interest for nearby homes.

The construction works of the first phase started in spring, 2018 and were completed recently, with the reception made together with the state institutions and the tabulation of the buildings. The ensemble was designed from the beginning to be included in energy class A and in the category of green buildings, the project receiving Breeam Excellent certification, which is an alignment with the international standards of residential buildings.

Clients also showed interest in studios, as well as for 3-room apartments, the ranking being followed by 4-room apartments and duplexes.
