The partition walls between the apartments are made of reinforced concrete or brick and have a thickness of 30 cm. The interior compartments are made of double-plated plasterboard soundproofing system, on each side, with mineral wool. The facades are ventilated, with modern fiber-cement cladding and are thermally insulated with basalt wool and silicone plaster, CERESIT approved thermal system.
The common areas and interior stairs are finished with natural granite and marble slabs. Each building is equipped with two silent elevators, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Comfort is provided by underfloor heating, individually metered and controlled by a thermostat, on each living area.
The sanitary ware in the bathrooms are premium brands, such as Villeroy & Boch and Laufen. Rooms are spacious with a generous height of up to three meters, complete with premium finishes. Past
Domenii - Expozitiei area is one of the oldest in Bucharest, full of historical buildings that hide untold, sometimes forgotten stories. The name of the neighborhood is related to the development period corresponding to the years 1920 - 1940, and the houses were dedicated to the Bucharest elite of the time. The history of Domenii area has its anchor in 1916, when an area of 7 ha located outside the city, part of the Herăstrău Estate, was parceled out, and the first lots sold to employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Domenii (hence the name: Domenii Park). The neighborhood is in District 1 of the capital, one of the most desired residential areas both in the interwar period and today. The villas in the "Park" of the Domenii were built in different architectural styles: neo-Romanian, art deco, modernist, cubist / bauhaus. Also in the interwar period, the rest of the northern part of the Capital is outlined with Kiseleff Road, completed by Filipescu Park, Bonaparte Park, and between the current Aviatorilor neighborhood and Herăstrău Lake, the third park is outlined. This is a strong point of LUXURIA ensemble: a "park" located among the first three oldest parks of the capital.

Currently, Expozitiei area is becoming the new business hub of Bucharest and attracts investments in the field of new technologies.
