Luxury apartment with modern design, ideal for families

With the growth of the family, there comes the need for more space. And a modern family, regardless of the number of members, needs extra comfort. We present an apartment that incorporates all the factors necessary to become the ideal space for a family and that gives you a feeling of well-being as soon as you enter the door. The apartment has 3 rooms, an area of 82 usable square meters, is very well compartmentalized and benefits from a lot of natural light. To turn it into an apartment designed for a modern family, we collaborated with the Noblesse team.

MODERN INTERIOR DESIGN– THE MIX BETWEEN COMFORT AND ELEGANCE

The style used in arranging this apartment is modern, with clean lines and elegant details. Collections from the Noblesse portfolio were used for this apartment, such as: Scavolini, Samoa, Tomasella, Calligaris.

The modern style is visible right from the entrance to the apartment, the wallpaper being an impact detail, which takes you to a dynamic world. The two black armchairs complete the entire décor.

The open space area integrates three spaces – the living room, dining room and kitchen, so family members can spend as much time together as possible. The light colors we find on the sofa and marble of the coffee tables contrast with the walnut wood in the kitchen, the dining table and the chairs. The bronze inserts of the wallpaper in the living room blend harmoniously with the lighting objects in shades of gold.

VERSATILE AND ELEGANT PIECES

With its relaxing colors and elegance of details, the bedrooms describe a cozy space, an ideal place to relax at the end of the day. The simplicity and harmony given by complementary colors or certain shades introduce you to a modern and at the same time a welcoming space.

For this interior arrangement, the team of designers and architects included paintings from the Noblesse Fusion Arts collections. These works of art, made by Romanian artists, offer the apartment personality and elegance.

The marble bathrooms with Laufen sanitary items completes the elegant décor.
