And here’s how, in such a simple way, the day can start so nice and pleasant! Ingenious, efficient and with better coverage, the floor heating is done evenly and quickly, throughout the room.

This way, the heating is gradually made, with no radiators on the walls. It is certainly a more elegant, less visible method, by which the heat propagates from the bottom upwards, on a larger surface.

There are three types of floor heating, depending on the thermal agent used: warm air heating, liquid thermal heating, and electric heating.

Heating with a liquid thermal agent – the option chosen for LUXURIA – is a cost-effective method especially in terms of costs incurred by the residents. This works very simply: the water circulating through the floor is heated to lower temperatures than the water used in other conventional systems because it acts on much larger surfaces. With the floor heating, the water temperature is 30/35 degrees, unlike a classic radiator or radiator where it reaches 70 degrees.

In LUXURIA, the heating is done from the floor in all apartment rooms, through the thermal power station that serves each building (no individual thermal power stations or traditional static radiators are provided).

Because no individual heating plants are provided, the heating is established to ensure the optimum temperature in the rooms, according to the norms, with thermostat on each living area.

The thermal power station of each building is dimensioned to produce both thermal agents, for space heating, and also hot water with storage in large capacity boilers. The boilers are designed in condensation type, of at least two separate modules, arranged in cascade, to ensure the continuity of production in case of group failure. This way we eliminated the risk of lack of hot water.

Beyond the myths related to floor heating, which claim that various problems might appear in time, like seepage into the floor, not so safe and expensive system, in fact, this is an efficient, safe and durable system.

Advantages of underfloor heating:

The only impediment to efficient heating could be a thick carpet, which covers most of the surface; In this case, it’s preferable not to have too thick fabrics on the floor.
