Residents are mostly satisfied with every aspect of the community. Among them, the green spaces in the complex and the architectural aspect of the compound stand out, which are the most appreciated aspects of Luxuria Residence, 59% of residents being totally satisfied with them (score 5/5). The lifestyle in the complex ranks 3rd in the top of community aspects, followed by reception and noise level in the vicinity of the apartment.

Regarding the management services of the complex, 59% of residents said they were satisfied. These include security, cleaning in public areas, garbage picking up by sanitation companies, spaces arranged for children, maintenance of green spaces, street lighting, snow removal actions, disinsection, supply and quality of running water, sewerage and rainwater, heating, electricity supply, after-sales maintenance.
